新招：科学家开发出检测弓形寄生虫的方法

　　SPAIN - Scientists from the universities of Granada and Valencia have made the most comprehensive global study to date on the presence of 'Toxoplasma gondii' in cured ham.The scientists developed a new molecular method for determining the presence of the parasite Toxoplasma gondii, which causes toxoplasmosis, in samples of ham.This new method, published in the scientific journal Food Microbiology, involves the capture and quantificationof the parasite's DNA through magnetic particles.

　　西班牙巴伦西亚(Valencia)大学与格拉纳达大学(Granada)的科学家取得了全球迄今为止对腌制火腿中‘冈氏弓形虫’(Toxoplasma gondii)存在的详尽研究。他们开发出一种新的分子生物学方法，可以确诊出冈氏弓形寄生虫的存在。这种寄生虫在火腿样本中能引发弓形体病。科学月刊《食品微生物学》公布了这个新方法，包括用磁性粒子捕获和量化的寄生虫DNA。
